Totally agree. Give selective f’s is the most important for me. The pandemic was/is horrible but gave me the time to really see what mattered most and ditch the rest. Giving up on building ego and giving yourself permission to do your own thing is a huge accomplishment. We should celebrate letting go more in my opinion.

This is good info. I was expecting something else entirely. Much of this ties into my New Life. Thanks!

Very well thought out. I’m pondering as to where I fit in … there are a few. Sometimes you don’t recognize yourself until someone points it out. Thanks!

Thanks for your thoughts and observations, Robin. Hope you have an Unfuckedwith Day! I can't wait to try out that departing salutation, instead of "have a nice day".

I aspire to be Unfuckwithable! And I follow or do many of the things on this list. I worked in retail for 14 years- hell, yes, I will judge you on how you treat that minimum wage worker! Letting go of the little distractions and focusing on what really matters (which is connections with others), being kind, and lifting others…this is what I focus on.

I LOVE this list, Robin. Also, now I have K-OS’ “Crabbucket” stuck in my head.
