Oh, the perfect wrap up sentence.💕 I love this:

Haters gonna hate; taters gonna tate.

My favourite method of dealing with haters is to kill ‘em with kindness-it drives them crazy!😜

Awesome read, thank you!

Yup, killing them with kindness normally drives them nuts, which is at least entertaining for us hehe

I try not to use my powers for evil but sometimes it’s hard to resist.😁

"If they don’t like anything you do, but watch everything you’re doing — they’re still a fan."

By this standard, as teenagers my friends and I were big fans of Madonna.

I guess it would. But you could do worse than being a Madonna fan hehe

I can appreciate her early music now. In hindsight I was also threatened by her sexuality.

I don't run into too many haters. But when I do, I try to smile to myself and say silently, "Silly little guy!" Or out loud in extreme cases, but be warned, that will make them hate you even more!

Picturing them as angry stick figures with squiggly green stink lines is my new go-to coping mechanism.

It's proven an effective strategy for me hehe

This is gold and somehow super motivating! I especially liked the “haters are my motivators” motto.😃 Ha! Hatorade 🤣 still can’t get that one out of my mind 😂

Thank you, Robin. I sent this to my sister who is really struggling with a coworker who seems bent on making her days miserable. I loved your line about not taking criticism from a person that you would take advice from.

OOh I love hearing somebody sent a piece to their family/friends. I hope it helps your sister, because those situations certainly suck.

Robin you are very good at this writing thing. "Hatorade" made me spit my coffee. Have a great no-hater day!

Aww thank Jo! I wish I could take credit for Hatorade, I heard that a long time ago and it's lived rent-free in my head every since.

Thanks Larry. I really do get the best commenters and readers!!! I've had to learn to deal with them being funnier than me though haha.

Lovely alliteration-multiple times. 😊

I used to have a guy who watched everything I wrote and loudly complained to editors and publishers “Why is he employed?” I learned a long time ago not only not to engage, but just step back and let them dance a 45-minute tarantella on their own dicks. It’s AMAZING how well he did when he got his own magazine column…which led to the magazine going under.

One of my haters, before the internet, wrote ‘Adi is a conceited fool from Zacretje’ (my hometown) on a bathroom wall in a café. I remember being beyond excited and proud. Haters really are great motivators! 😊
